The SpacedShip

Space is as limitless as it gets. Many have made a point of doing what they can to explore and discover as much of it as they can but doing so is hard without a ship and lonely without company. Fortunately the captain has a ship and they're always happy to find others to join them as they travel through the universe.

This is the setting for my twitch/vtuber persona! All the details such as lore and the different creatures and charactes you can run into!

The basics

The SpacedShip is a large cruising vessel charged to the captain when they graduated from the academy. What was meant to be a mission with many under their charge became a solo mission. To make matters worse they ended up desperately stuck in the middle of no where (and when you're no where in space you really are stuck). With nothing to lose and with loneliness settling in, the captain started sending out distress calls in the form of live video feeds. After a while, they began sending out these live videos for the hell of it, having fun with it while they tried to occupy their time, deciding to explore and see who they can contact. The crushing existential horror of the universe can only be so interesting after a time.

The Story So Far...

Before the ship

The captain isn't just a fancy title, they earned that name in a fancy space flight academy back on their home planet. Despite not really associating with said academy anymore, they still wear the uniform and take on the captain title. While exploring they noticed a large star-shaped creature following the ship, surrounding it and sometimes going inside. The creature called himself a starbits and said he really liked the ship. Happy to have the company, the captain welcomed the creature to stay with them as long as he wished. The two continued to adventure together and got to know each other. The captain named the starbit Kree which he seemed to like. At the very least it was more dignified than being called "Starbit". Over time Kree grew along side the captain as their ship, from a simple star, to a more cat-like creature akin to a shooting star and then one day a proud and fluffy star dragon.

More friends

It wasn't long after starting to send a signal that the captain noticed more starbits gathering whenever they started a live video, seemingly attracted to the signal. They came in many shapes and forms, from small little star bits to entire star dragons but all started following the ship. The captain noticed the starbits fueled the ship and helped them find places to land and explore. The starbits led to new worlds with friends and adventures to be discovered.

The captain continues to explore and find more starbits, friends, and adventures with Kree by their side.
